I am a licensed master plumber and a licensed master hvac / refrigeration mechanic. I am 58 yrs old , single , no kids. I dont smoke , drink or use any kind of drugs. I am very quiet and clean. Do not have any pets however am thinking about getting a cat. I am living in kansas city right now however am moving to Manhattan or the surrounding area very soon as I have aquired a job there working for a mechanical contractor. I work alot. I am seeking housing in the rural areas of Manhattan. I would live to find a place to live on somebody's farm or ranch as I am all country and enjoy that kind of life.
