One male or female subleaser needed for the house at 1015 Ratone, Manhattan KS. Rent is $325 a month plus utilities (not very much extra). Washer and dryer are included free of charge and the house is very close to the K-state campus. Sublease will begin on January 1, 2010 and end on May 31, 2010.
