I am looking for a subleaser for one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a full, private bathroom and walk-in closet. Cats and small dogs are allowed, with a pet deposit. This apartment is located at Founders' Hill, a very safe apartment complex located within walking distance of the K-State campus. The complex includes a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness facility, free dvd rentals, and free continental breakfast on weekdays. The apartment includes all appliances, including a washer and dryer, and also a private balcony. Rent is $440/month and utility bills will be split in half. A female subleaser is preferred.
